Nevin Beiler, Attorney & Counselor at Law
Owner, Beiler Legal Services

Nevin is a attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He practices primarily in the areas of wills & trusts, settling estates, business law, church & nonprofit law, and dispute resolution. Nevin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from Lock Haven University and a juris doctor degree from Regent University School of Law, where he graduated 2nd in his class.
Between business school and law school Nevin worked as the in-house accountant for Anabaptist Financial for four years. Also, he has several years of additional experience in nonprofit accounting, and has served on the board of four Anabaptist nonprofit organizations. Nevin is passionate about serving the Kingdom of God and conservative communities through legal services that consistently uphold integrity, deliver excellence, and facilitate peaceful relationships.

As a personal note, Nevin has spent many years on the mission field, both growing up and in his early twenties. When not practicing law, he enjoys reading inspirational books, researching diverse topics of interest, gardening, interacting with friends and new acquaintances, occasional hunting and fishing trips, and spending time with his wife Nancy and active little girl Elliana.

Laverne King, Legal Assistant

Laverne graduated summa cum laude from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While attending college, Laverne taught English, Bible, and music part-time at Honey Brook Christian Academy. Before attending college, Laverne worked for Choice Books of Northern Virginia; first as a service representative in New York City and then as a public relations officer traveling to churches and Bible Schools across the country.

In his free time, Laverne enjoys spending time with his wife Christy, traveling, reading, and playing guitar.

Job Opportunities
Although our team is currently small, our goal is to eventually build a team that can offer a broader range of legal services to a larger number of people. To achieve that goal, we hope to gradually hire at least several employees in the coming months and years, as required by our workload.

An essential requirement of all our employees is full alignment with the Mission & Values of Beiler Legal Services. Also important is a positive attitude and desire to work in a structured, efficient, and learning environment. Legal training and/or experience is a plus, but not required for most potential positions. Additional qualifications are specific to the nature of the position(s) that may be open at any given time.
